High Protein Smoothie

When I started my journey to better health, one of my biggest challenges was changing my breakfast routine. The reason it was so hard for me to change up my cereal/milk routine was because it was easy, fast, and a habit I learned from a very early age. One thing I realized is that cereal was more like a “glorified snack” for me. I always had 1 1/2 to 2 bowls to fill somewhat satisfied (which was usually triple or quadruple the serving size). I was hungry about 2-3 hours later and I would feel tired very soon after because of the “wheat crash”.
