What I Ate Wednesday



I am so excited to be going through a certification program to becoming a holistic health coach. As a way to keep myself in check as I work on my post-baby weight loss I am going to start keeping track of what I eat. I will be keeping record with an iphone app called Eatwit. On Wednesdays I will post what I ate for the day.¬†Welcome to “WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY”….

Breakfast:

I juiced 5 carrots, 1 beet, 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 inch of ginger, 3 handfuls of greens (chard, kale and spinach). My son drank 1/2 cup of my juice plus organic puffed Kumat (nutritious grain with no added sugar), goji berries and sliced bananas with Almond/Coconut blend milk.

Lunch:

Two pieces of Ezekiel toast, 1 tsp. coconut oil, thinly sliced avocados and papaya, a few slices of smoked salmon, twist of lime juice  and pepper/salt

Dinner:

Three blue shell tacos filled with homemade black beans with melted vegan cheese, soy chorizo “meat” with corn, tomatoes and lettuce for toppings
